Our times together became brief and interrupted, but always filled with laughter and joy. Our gratitude for so many things, large and small, was overwhelming, but thanks were often left unsaid. Our lives continue with a void that cannot be filled, but not so great as the loss felt by all who were supported and cared for by her touch. The grief in moments of farewell shall pass, but we hold memories that will not be forgotten while we still breathe.
